Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@gurlcases.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The email used during checkout

  • Photos of the item(s)

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For orders valued above $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@gurlcases.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name on the order

  • Email address used during checkout

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gurlcases.com.

Please include:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order details

Our team will review the issue and work toward a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

Customers will receive tracking information once orders are shipped.

If a package appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier.

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate.
